House Policies

• A deposit of $200.00 for all events is required before any date can be considered reserved.

•  Deposits applied to your final bill, are non refundable, but may be applied to a future date if rebooked.

• A final bill will be presented and payment is required upon completion of your gathering.

•  Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received.

• A confirmed guest count is due 7 days prior to your event (holiday requirements may vary). If your guest count is less than what was confirmed you may take the additional dinners "to go". You will be charged for that number of guests confirmed or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater, although The Copper Cup cannot guarantee meals for any number over the confirmed guest count.

• The Copper Cup provides all food and beverages (cakes, snacks, candies are the exception).

•  An 20%  gratuity charge and sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.

• A service charge of $1.00 per person will be added for dessert service, (plating, serving, wrapping).

• The Copper Cup is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

• We will charge for any damage to the facility including excessive cleaning, aside from normal wear and tear. Decorations are permitted with masking tape only: NO staples, tacks, duct tape, cellophane tape, packing tape, or table confetti, etc.

• If an all inclusive meal package is not purchased per person, beverage fee is $2.50 per person plus gratuity and includes soda, coffee, water, tea, and juice.
